Since all our products are custom-designed based on your discussed requirements, we kindly ask our customers to carefully confirm the size, fabric, design, and other customization details before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund only if the product does not match the specifications agreed upon during the order discussion, including:

  • Size and measurements
  • Fabric type
  • Design details, embroidery, prints, or colors

Products cannot be returned for personal preference changes if they meet the specifications discussed and approved prior to production.

2. Return Request Process

3. Refund or Replacement

  • After inspection and confirmation that the product does not meet the agreed specifications, you may choose:
  • Replacement: We will remake the product according to the original specifications at no additional cost.
  • Refund: The amount paid will be refunded after the returned product is received and verified, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that match the discussed customization (size, design, fabric, etc.)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Personal preference changes
